Paraplanner

Torquay – Permanent

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Para planner to join their expanding team in Torquay.  This role could either be purely a Paraplanner role or split with a sales support role.

The role will be to provide pro-active support to consultants in the provision of ongoing financial advice to clients. This will involve:

- Assisting with drafting or finalising financial reports and suitability letters for clients

- Reviewing client portfolios and presenting findings and advice for Consultants to give to clients

- Researching for financial planning solutions

- Processing of business?

- Providing efficient administration and sales support role

The successful candidate will:-

- Ideally be qualified to FPC3 minimum with a good understanding of financial planning concepts and terminology

- Preferably have industry experience in a professional financial services environment with a bias towards investments

- Have good IT skills

- Have good presentation skills

- Have a keen eye for detail with good organisational skills

- Although you will be working as part of a team you must be able to work on your own initiative
