Field Auditor

We are looking for a Field Based Auditor to ensure company procedures, compliance and Health & Safety issues are upheld to the highest standard. This is at its 26 High Street retail mobile phone stores, at various call centres and at its Head Office in Paignton, Devon. The locations are mainly in the South West in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Wiltshire and with one store in Gloucestershire and two in North London. The role involves ensuring stock audits are completed in all stores and discrepancies are resolved; all administration is completed and maintained to a high standard, such as checking proofs of identification and residence, other contractual paperwork, banking, computer systems, and ensuring general compliance in health and safety matters including fire safety procedures and the briefing, testing and recording of staff in each store. The Training of staff will also be required from time to time. You must be highly computer literate and have good experience and knowledge in the use of Microsoft software, such as Excel and Word. You must be extremely analytical, be skilled at noticing patterns within data, aware of fraud risks, be able to notice and resolve any discrepancies, and have the confident presence and ability to train in order to fulfil this role to the required level. Good communication skills are necessary and the ability to act with tact and diplomacy. Previous experience in auditing or in the mobile phone industry is an advantage but not essential. You must be self-motivated, prepared to work the hours required, have a strong work ethic, have the ability to function independently and still work well in a team oriented environment |
